Title: Vortex spinner has been released!

The Vortex spinner is now available.  All the info on this new spinner can be found at www.oscarcontrols.com.

I am also very pleased to announce that there will be Canadian and European distributors for the Vortex spinner very shortly!  I will still be processing orders for Canada and European customers for those that wish to purchase additional Oscar Controls products.

Andy from Ultimarc (www.ultimarc.com) will be adding the Vortex spinner to his product lineup, and Zakk from the Massive Mame Project (www.mameworld.net/massive) will be processing Canadian Vortex orders.  When Andy and Zakk have received their stock and are ready to take orders for the Vortex, links to their sites will be added to the Oscar Controls order page.

Also please note that the price of the Pro spinner has been reduced until my stock is depleted, and at that time it will be discontinued.  The shopping carts at www.oscarcontrols.com have been updated to reflect the price reduction.

Seeing as I haven't even mounted my OSCAR Pro yet, I'll wait on this one.  Damn you for making such good spinners!  ;)

Related question: Will the Tempest knob fit on an OSCAR Pro?  'Cause if so, I'm all over that.

Yes, all the knobs are completely interchangeable with other spinners.  The only spinners I am aware of that will not accept the spinner knobs I offer are the original Arkanoid and Blasteroids spinners.  Blasteroids used an 1/8" shaft and I'm not even sure how to remove an Arkanoid knob, it appears to be permanently attached.

EDIT:
Since we're on the topic, does the Vortex feel any different than the Pro?  I don't see any "comparisons" between them.
