Title: BC-3500 Rowe Change Machine $150.00 [US / CA / Highland Park 90042]

Machine is operational via bill validator. Coin mech missing. Does cycle through all 3 hoppers. Lock needs to be replaced, no key. Could use a paint job. Has the manual. Pictures to come.
