I would like a Neo Geo Control Panel Overlay which uses traditional Japanese 8 button layouts. As in each player gets 8 buttons; arranged in the "Sega Astro City" traditional Japanese arrangement.
Here are all of the pieces one would need to create this:

I feel that for someone who has the skills, this could be done in minutes. Prove me right! :) Can anyone create this for me? The letters beside the buttons could be taken away entirely, or the new buttons could be labeled E, F, G, H! Show me your moves!
