Hi,

is it possible to use an Xbox 360 with an Wells Gardner D9800? I know that the xbox uses a higher resolution but maybe there is a way...

Yes you can.  

All you will need to do is buy an Xbox 360 VGA cable and connect it to the monitor's VGA input.  

The highest resolution you will be able to play games in will be 480p.  I'm not certain that this monitor will accept or be able to display 1080i.  But it will still look really good in 480p.
