I just wanted to see if someone has a working solution to this problem as I have tried to search and didn't find anything useful or helped. I just bought my friend's old Dynamo HS2 cabinet last weekend and he gave me an old ArcadeVGA AGP card that was used and working on this cab before. I ordered a JPAC from ultimarc last Sunday and it arrived in record time as usual from Andy. Now my friend didn't have the original CD that came with it and the latest CD I got with my JPAC doesn't appear to work when I click on the ArcadeVGA AGP link in the CD menu. Here is what my card looks like:
It says Radeon 9200 with 128mb checked off. Now my friend looked through some old emails and sent me this link and I tried to install the XP drivers. Initially I thought it had something to do with me using TinyXP but I tried to do a fresh install with regular XP Pro and still didn't work.

I keep getting an error that says There is no device compatible in my system or something like that when I run the ATI installer. Now if I force the driver installation in the device manager it hangs my system or if I force it in safe mode and reboot it hands on the windows loading screen. I read someone had this problem of it freezing and after 3 times it worked. I tried this and a few more times and still freezes. I have also checked the bios to make sure the onboard has been disabled and it has so I am at a lost and also waiting for Andy to reply but thought I might get a quicker reply here. I do get picture but very low resolution. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Got it solved, PM me if you need details or need the proper drivers Andy provided me. Thanks again Andy!

I had exactly the same problem and mailed Mike about it but just in case he can't or doesn't answer. Can anybody help me?
Thank you :D

Why not email Andy since he seems to have solved Mikes problem. Always better to go to the source when you have a problem with Ultimarc gear. Andy is always the best.

I will thank you very much, didn't thought of Andy.

Hello.
I have contacted Andy and he doesn't have access to these drivers anymore. Anyone out there who still has them?
the drivers found here:
http://mame.3feetunder.com/ultimarc/
and here
http://www.ultimarc2.com/avgadrivers.html
Do not work for this card.

Hi,
I have found that the video drivers here:
http://mame.3feetunder.com/windows-ati-crt-emudriver/
Specifically this one
http://mame.3feetunder.com/windows-ati-crt-emudriver/crt_emudriver_6.5_1.2b_xp_32.exe
work with the ultimarc arcadevga 9250/128 AGP card. It identifies correctly and has quickres app.
I know this is some necro hardware but i'm sure other people at some point might need this info.
UPDATE:
It puts a LOT of resolutions that are not actually supported. Would like the real drivers.

I shared the ArcadeVGA R9200 / 9250 AGP WinXP drivers here:

Just noticed that Ultimarc still has these drivers (and more) available here:
