might be a first (i would think someone would have had them made in past) but,you cant buy these stencils anywhere that i have looked.
i had to commission a laser cutting service to sort the stencil and cut it out for my space zap restoration.

its been cut so its all one piece,so bits are missed out or it would have all fell apart.the original artwork is similar as it had parts that were definately painted by hand as the shapes would have fell out the stencil.will be plodding on with this next week after i recieve my top coat paint.
hopefully after i have finished with them they will be reusable so i can flog them on to someone else who might be crying out for the same stencils.
they cost me a small fortune,so dont ask!

Why did it have to be cut in one piece? Did you use a self adhesive vinyl? If so, there shouldn't be a problem with small unattached pieces.
Here's a shot of the black stencil being removed from my pac-man. All the letters and all those little black lines (some as small as a tiny dot) are all individual pieces.

no,its made of mylar,very thin plastic.i bought some stencil adhesive,its similar to what is used on band aids.so i will have to spray the adfhesive onto the back,stick it and spary the stencil and then remove.
i wanted reusable and that was the only way to get them.i will have to paint all the parts that will be missing by hand.thats the fun part.

exactly what i was going to ask! come on give us a ball park figure... 100 quid?
i spent that on a repro bezel for my Namco Galaxian! it looks great though :)
kudos to you - think i would have gone route of getting something printed on vinyl
never seen space zap before is it rare game?

it cost me £185 everything in,vat and postage etc.for reusable stencils,i will flog them on to someone who needs them.and yes this is rare game for united kingdom.
