Trying to color match a few things. Does anyone happen to know the exact colors of the Happcontrolls pushbuttons (BLUE, GREEN, RED, & Yellow)?
Thanks!

I'd say they are Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow, respectively, and exactly... :lol

It may seem that way, but the button colours vary even from batch to batch with the same manufacturer (and depending on where you order from, you may mix manufacturers). I've bought what should have been the same button from Happ's primary distributor in Canada and gotten colours that did not match exactly (but they were close enough for me).
If you are concerned about matching, then get your buttons FIRST, then colour match.

hmmm ... good point. I currently do have the buttons, and they all look good, but I was planning on buying some clear plungers for these, swapping all the colored plungers our with clear ones, and the cutting a circle the exact (or very close) color as the happ button (Red, blue, green & yellow). The circle inserts would go in the top of the clear plunger.
Why the hell do all this? Well, I've seen some cool "halo button" projects with LED lighting and I thought this might provide a similar effect? So, my first step was to try and figure out how to color match the buttons and get materials similar color and shine that I can cut circles out of.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, printing or vinyl cut outs won't work on the concave buttons, it'll have to be paint ... very very carefully applied. hmmm ... maybe too much work ... I don't know.

Why not cut up the discarded plunger to go into your clear plunger as an insert? That way, you are sure to match the color! 8)

hmmm ... that would work IF I could figure out a way to cut a perfect circle our of the plunger ... brain thinking time ... ???
