Hey ya'll,
I'm having a problem with Project 64. Whenever I try to launch a 64 game from within Mala (version 1.05) it opens Project 64 (version 1.6), hangs for a moment, then Project 64 gives me the error "attempt to open file failed". So, I Googled abit, and played around with the command-line parameters. I have tried "%path&/%rom%.%ext%", and I have tried it without quotes. I have a complete list of my 64 games whilst in Mala, and the snapshots even work. I can run the 64 games in Project 64 fine outside of Mala, and I can even use Maximus Arcade to launch them with no problem. So, I am not a stupid guy, but I am stymied by this problem. Help on this matter would be very much appreciated!
Thank you!
PS: I should also point-out that I have my NES, SNES, and MAME all working from within Mala flawlessly. Its just Project 64 that's giving me gears.

Sorry, don't want to sound impatient, just curios if anyone knows anything?

Try %path%/%rom%.%ext% or just "%rom%.%ext%" with or without quotes or just %rom% with or without quotes

Go to http://www.emuchrist.org/cpviewer/applications.htm (http://www.emuchrist.org/cpviewer/applications.htm), get the hacked .exe for project64 and use the standard command line.

I got it working, finally. I realized that when you try to have Mala set the command line default, it puts a backwards slash (\) not a forward slash (/). Duuuur!
Once I put a forward slash it worked fine. I can't believe I didn't pick up on that sooner.... :banghead:
Anyway thanks for the help guys!
