Title: Ms. Pac-Man cocktail underlay Illustrator template?

I was wondering if anyone has an Illustrator template for a Ms Pac-shaped cocktail underlay - my searches have only turned up one dead link. I'm working on a custom design for my underlay, and having a template to start from would greatly simplify things.
