Title: Soft to create ini or cfg files?

Im having problems compiling mame,and the only thing i do that for its because, i want to remove the nag screen, now i use to compile mame from some time now, and never had problems with it, so i thought, wile i find whats what im doing wrong, i can use one of those piece of software i remember that they where use to batch create custom ini or cfg files to avoid the nag screen, but i use the search function here and nothing comes up, so i was wondering if someone can help.

if the content of said .ini or .cfg files is the same, and only the filename is changing, romlister can do that for you.
it's been so long since i've used a version of mame with nag screens that i don't recall what the file created contains anymore.

If I remember correctly, it has to be a cfg file and the cfg file can be "empty" but the structure needs to be there.  So take a cfg file from a game, empty it out, leaving only the headers and footers and copy away.
