So I am replacing my 25" monitor that is on it's way out with this 21" VGA Trinitron I got today for $20 off Craigslist.

Here is what I am working with on the cabinet:

What would be the best course of action to get this big boy (70 pounds) into the cabinet?
I was thinking plywood with L brackets supporting it on the bottom and a piece of plywood spray pained black as the frame as it is replacing a monitor that is 25".
For reference here is the front:

i'd maybe start with a shelf inside to place the monitor on???

Here is the decased monitor. Got the measurements for the mount.
I am going to try and mount it and put a shelf with some L brackets supporting it. Like what was done in this cabinet: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=73101.0 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=73101.0)

Im using a sony Trinitron TV for my scratch Mk Project.
I carefully cut out the shape of the monitor from a square piece of 3/4 inch ply and used the mounts on the tube of the monitor to attach it.
Its as solid as a rock. I was actually quite surprised at how well it turned with the weight of it and all!
If you want some detailed photos let me know!
