I have no idea what is going on here. I turn my megatouch game on and when you touch the touch screen you get a tiny shock. You also get shocked on other parts of the machine as well. It ran fine at my grandparent's house and last night at my house. I go to turn it on just now and I couldnt get it to stop shocking me. Its like its doing it randomly, I have no idea. I got it plugged into a power strip all 3 prongs and the power strip goes to an extention cord, to my outlet in the house. None of my other machines on the power stip produce a shock. :banghead:

The ground wire of the touchscreen glass is either not connected or is poorly connected.

agreed, the power is building up because it cant get through to ground...

well I connected it directly to another outlet in my house and it's working fine so I have no idea.... could a bad power strip or extension cord cause that?
-
Could, I would check the ground connector on that outlet. Google it

Could also grab a ground fault indicator/tester for testing outlets for @ $6-7 at most hardware stores and such.
You may have an open ground on that particular outlet.
Can also test your power cords and power strips just the same.
