Title: Newbie question... What all do I need

I've been looking guys, so bare with me.  I'm looking for a short answer.  What exactly do I need to connect a pc running running XP to an arcade monitor out of a TMNT cabinet. The best I can tell is I need a pc, a monitor, and a ArcadeVGA from ultimarc.com.  Now, I'm not planning on running any newer games, so do I need the newest ArcadeVGA 3000 or the older Arcade VGA that is half the price?  HELP guys, please!

Is the simplest, fastest, BEST way to put a computer into a Jamma cab!

buy a cheap ati pci xpress card like radeon 4350 or better + soft 15 and ur done with 1/4 - 1/2 of the cash .
