Well, *most* of the parts are here... And I picked up the wood this afternoon.
Looks like it's going to be a busy weekend!

That's not everything yet either... I haven't uploaded the pictures of the other "goodies"...(tron stick/ star wars yoke/720 controller/frontline rotary controller/the list goes on..and on...)
I am building a interchangable control panel cabinet. (the individual players controller/buttons will be quick release/hot swappable.) for three players.. Yeah, I broke down and did three trackballs just for rampart.... ;D

heh....i started building my cab and my fiance bout had a fit. i would tell her "im building a arcade machine!" and she says "now, do you need this???" and i said...."well, i need this about as much as you need 30 pairs of shoes" if she gives you hell, try that :) havent heard a peep about it since!
by the way, when is the big day? mine is next june...2004

Ahh I see you are going with Scotts unicade design, I like that cabinet, and almost went with it myself untill I saw the UAII. Looks like it's gonna be fun with all those buttons and joys :-)

She is actually pretty enthusiastic about the whole project.. I can't complain.
Were coming down to the wire for the wedding...Sept 6th is the big day. I started this project as a stress reliever from all the wedding planning...

hmm, well we are registering in a week or so....so i guess thats the start of the stress that is wedding planning. so far she is doing all the work! ;D

Yes, I went with Scott's unicade plans. I went with them because I wanted a cabinet that would survive being moved around, and "aggressivly" used.
