Title: Need Golden Axe CP Covering

I have a Golden Axe machine, and am in need of some new laminate/whatever to cover the existing stuff on the control panel. It used to be grey, but has since turned brown! Nasty. Any ideas where to get or how to make?

I recall Rich at ThisOldGame (http://www.thisoldgame.com/) looking for a scan not long ago so that he could make repros. Might want to drop him a line
