Title: MAME cab monitor question.

I found a nice 20 inch monitor at a garage sale for 10 bucks. This is my first cab build and i want to have either xbox or PC on it. The monitor only has VGA out and no in. If i buy a male to female converter for the VGA cable can i run a Xbox vga cable into it?

I think he is refering the the female or male vga connector on the back of the monitor. Most higher end monitors had a connector rather than a hardwired cable.
Using an adapter is the easiest choice, or a male-female cable if you have one laying around.
