Title: Wiring MK1 controls to USB?

Hi, first post, and probably a very noob question, but does anyone know how to wire MK1 controls to work through USB? Is this even possible?  I am frankensteining a DK cabinet and MK controls into a MAME machine primarily used for fighting games...

You need something like an Ipac or Keywiz.
