Hello everyone,
I am a long time lurker but first time poster.
I recently installed SFIV pc version on my SFII CE / MAME Cabinet using Ultimarc's latest PCI Expresss video card. It proved to be a very difficult task setting it up but I got it to work non the less. The only thing I don't like (that's where my question comes in) is there a way to use the control panel stick and buttons on the cab to control all the menus in the game and by that I mean that as it stands, I have to use the keyboard to navigate the menus and character select screen and once the fight starts, I am able to use the stick buttons on the control panel. Very annoying to say the least.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciate it.
Cheers guys :)

Thank you for the reply and link, however I have tried that method and I still have the same problem.
Not sure what I am doing wrong though. My control panel buttons are all conncected to an xarcade pcb, so when I was editing the 360.ini file, I used the Xarcade sample file listed on the link but it does not work, unfortunately.

In my SFIV if the first button detected is from a keyboard, the menus will be affected to the keyboard. So try to never touch any keyboard keys , and use only gamepad keys. The menus should be controled with your joystick/pad.
I personnaly use 2 hacked gamepad and not the "keyboard hack", but i hope it will help.

Dunno what else to tell you except to re-read all the instructions and make sure you followed them to the letter.
I used the method described to get my Ipac hook up to work, but theoretically it should work for any keyboard encoder the exact same way.

I'm such a tool. After comparing files, I noticed I was off by one digit, hence as to why it wouldnt work.
Fixed it and all works well now :)
Thanks everyone for their help.
