Title: BOUGHT! WTB: Used I-pac2, Minipac, or Keywiz (Duncan, OK -- USA)

I'm doing a project for a friend and I'm trying not to spend much on it. I've ruined two controllers trying to do controller hacks, so I'm giving up and hoping to find an encoder at a decent price instead (USB preferred, but it can be PS/2 if that's all you have).
