Title: Dingoo Emulator Hanheld Device (psp, nintendo ds gone)
Post by: shateredsoul on March 25, 2010, 07:41:44 pm
only dingoo is being sold now (decided not to sell nintendo ds)

I'm selling a Dingoo portable emulatore w/ 4gb memory card, charger, a/v tv cable (to play on your tv), and usb cable and

If you're interested e-mail me an offer on any of this stuff. I have an idea of what's a fair price but wanted to see what people thought first.

Shipping will vary based on how you want it shipped and where you lived. Flat rate shipping I can do for $5. I'm open to local pick up and can only accept paypal (or cash if we meet in person)

Here's a list of what I know the Dingoo is capable (keep in mind that it has progressed a lot since I used it, apparently people got linux on there and have run even ps1 games on it... although it seems to be pretty slow for ps1)

gameboy advance = great
nes = great
snes = good
genesis = ok but not the best framerate
gameboy and gameboy color = bad
cps1 = great
cps 2 = great
neo geo mvs= good but at the time not all games emulated

I found a video that shows a few emulators running on it

Dingoo A320 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxq9VV--ct8#)

there has bee a lot of progress since then

check this out http://www.dingoo-digital.com/ (http://www.dingoo-digital.com/)
and there has been an update to the firmware even http://www.dingoo-digital.com/downloads/firmwares/pof-has-built-new-official-dingoo-firmware-and-released-something-which (http://www.dingoo-digital.com/downloads/firmwares/pof-has-built-new-official-dingoo-firmware-and-released-something-which)

The only bad thing is that the left bottom of the screen is pretty scratched up.  I still think a fair price would be 65 and that includes an 8gb micro sdhc card (with a memory card convertor) and that would also cover shipping (that's why it's 65 instead of 60). If you can pick it up, i'll give it to you for 60.

As you can see the scratches are pretty deep in there.  Here would be my suggestion.

If you want this to play some games in bed, on the toilet, on the bus, or if you want this for a kid then this will be fine. If you want this for a gift, to show off, or if you scratches really bug you and make you more annoyed than anything else.. then I wouldn't recommend it.  When the screen is on you can't see the scratches as much (but you can still see them if you tilt it.. it doesn't block the colors, but you can see the scratches.
