This problem started with version 131 after I did a reformat (I keep MAME on a separate harddrive than my OS) it will automatically try and load the first game in the list and jsut keep doing it down the entire list if I exit the game or the rom happens to be missing. I reinstalled it a couple times and even upgraded to version 137 and its still doing this. I can't get into any control in the program itself since the only way to make it stop is control alt delete and kill the process.
I used the command line tool on it to remake my ini file for mame and poked around in there trying to figure out some switch that might make this happen ,and didn't really find anything.
has anyone seen this happen before? its pretty frustrating and i dont understand how its happening since i have completely deleted and remade the the ini files and reinstalled both versions of mame itself a couple times now.

this has never happened to anyone before?
I discovered that when the game auto loads I can hit tab and go to the menu to switch games, however when I quit the other game loaded in that manner,it just goes back to auto loading the games in the list again.
The main reason I even use mame32 is because I like the record to avi option and I use it to make attract mode videos, if anyone can tell me a good way to capture movies not using fraps,(fiddled around with it trying to make it capture mame already with no luck)
that information is just as good as fixing this problem since i only use this build for capturing movies and screenshots anyway.

Figured this out.. decided to post it here on the random chance someone happens to have the same issue.
I found the answer on this thread http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=206479&page=3&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1 (http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=206479&page=3&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1)
I didnt have that switch he mentioned anywhere in my INI file, so I just added it in and it works now.
