Title: 2 1/4" Happ trackball mount, would it work with Imperial?

I bought an Imperial 2 1/4" Trackball with PS/2 adapter from GGG a while ago and was wondering if anybody knows if this mounting plate would work with it?

Yes, that plate will work. It's from Happ. All of the 2-1/4 and 3" Happ mounting plates fit the Bestson-Imperial trackball family.
