Title: how do you secure the top of your vga, sounds cards etc in a decased build

how do you secure the top of your vga, sounds cards etc in a decased build.  My kit is being delivered today how do you secure the pci-e card from the top so its not loose, in a pc case you have a rail with screws, pictures would be welcome.

i build with motherboards that have everything on board...no need for cards!

Its not a great pic, but you can just about make it out! Its the same metal stuff over the hard drive is also used to hold my PCI card in place. I just made a U shape and screwed the PCI card to it! Works perfect for me. Not sure what its called, but got it in the plumbing section.
