Title: Visual Pinball goes Open source
Post by: drventure on March 10, 2010, 09:01:51 pm
Just got an email from VPForums.org that announced this. Pretty cool.

I definitely want to pick up that source, if for no other reason than to see how the spells are cast in there  ;)

Awesome!  :applaud:

I wonder if anyone will bother with a port to the original Xbox. It has been on my wish list for many years now.  :notworthy:

Porting VP to the xbox, doable.  Porting vpinmame AND interfacing it with VP on the xbox; difficult.  Would be cool of course, but I think unless the port does it differently, would be difficult playing any vpm tables after mid 1980's on the xbox's 700mhz CPU.
