Title: NEOTEC NT-2701 no picture and I'm out of ideas

I've got a Gauntlet Legends cabinet with a NEOTEC NT-2701 monitor that doesn't give me any picture.  I get no neck glow, and no squeal.  Background may help so here's what I can tell you.  The cabinet was working perfectly, before being moved into a garage for a few months.  When it was brought back in, the monitor didn't work.  My first assumption was that I had a bad flyback, so i replaced it.  Still nothing.  Taking the shotgun approach, I then replaced every cap on the main and neck boards.  Still nothing.  Upon further investigation, I noticed charred gook coming out of C19 on the pin cushion board, so I replaced all of the caps on that board as well.  Still nothing.

Any suggestions?

The manufacturer's service department will repair that chassis.
