Do your shirts ship from Germany?  Should I order big?  Seems like whenever i get an XL from Europe, it's way too small.

The shirts for USA, Canada and some other countries are printed and shiped from the USA. The other shirts are printed and shiped from Germany. If youre unsure withe size: There is a sizetable on the detailpage of each shirt, near the sizemenu.
