Title: Stupid MaLa Question (upgrading from 1.04)
Post by: javeryh on March 06, 2010, 03:07:47 pm
I have 1.04 running on my cab which has been working fine other than a focus issue.  I want to install a later version but I'm not 100% sure how.  Is it just a matter of unzipping the MaLa105a.zip and copying over the existing files in my MaLa folder?

Yeah, it should be a copy over process. You may need a few other dlls (i think there was one called base.dll or some such), but the mala threads will have details.

Why bother with 1.05, You might want to just jump to the beta. it's been very stable for me. I always had issues with the older versions (centered around the video)

What they said.

In the beta (when it's done) you don't need any dll's.   ;D
