Title: Street Fighter IV $19.99 March 5th-8th
Post by: deweyhewson on March 05, 2010, 12:09:40 pm
For those who were looking to pick this game up for their cabs (or whatever), Games for Windows Live is having a special half-off deal on it this weekend: http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-us/games/pages/sales.aspx (http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-us/games/pages/sales.aspx)

It's not an amazing deal, but it's better than $39.99 at retail, so I just thought I'd share.

Edit: See posts below; not really a great deal.  :lol

I think the physical game has been 20 bucks for some time now.  If the downloadable one was over this amount then it's been overpriced for some time.  Super Street Fighter IV kinda kills it's value ya know.  ;)

Ha! I just checked and you're right. So...nevermind on this. :)

I haven't followed the game much since it came out (I'm more of a classics fan), so I saw this and, well... :lol

Before this sale, they had Batman: Arkham Asylum up for only $12.50. Hell of a deal!

Been thinking about getting this for my cabinet, but what's the story on activation and all that?
A one-time connect to activate it isn't a problem, but if I need that Windows Live nonsense just to save my settings/character unlocks then that could be a deal breaker.
Also, how easy is it to run from a frontend (namely Atomic)?
