So I am now on my second monitor in this long and seemingly infinite process of getting my cab to work. I just bought this WG K71xx from someone used, but was assured it worked great when they had it and that it was recapped as of last year. Since installing it into my cab and hooking it up, I haven't been able to get a real image yet. I get a constant haze of horizontal lines and blur. I am running a Jpac to an Arcade VGA (PCI-e) and have everything hooked up fine as to my knowledge. Does anyone have any idea as to why I am without a picture and why, once Windows fully loads, my PC/Arcade VGA Card will reboot themselves and I get no lights on my Jpac for "Sync ok" and "Sync in"?
Is this a monitor issue? A Jpac issue? An Arcade VGA issue? I just need to know what to tackle next because It seems like the problems never end.
I'm dying for some help here! Please, anyone!?

It sounds like you have a software/driver issue, video card issue, or a bum JPAC.

OK so it looks like a bum Arcade VGA card. I tried to connect a DVI monitor to the Arcade VGA card to test to see if I got a picture and I got absolutely nothing. So now I'm a little lost. Is it possible to use Soft 15 and onboard video? Or am I looking at having to get another video card? If so, what video card works best with the Jpac other than Arcade VGA?
