Title: Best Place / Material for Printing? Aluminum?
Post by: yo1dog on February 22, 2010, 02:21:25 pm
I was wondering what the best material to print on is. Also if there is a good place to get it printed from. I found this site that will let you print on an aluminum sign. Think that would work well?

Here is the site:

Thanks,

Ive seen that material before...its basiclly thin sheet of aluminum glued to foamcore...(in a sense)....only problem with that is that you wont have any light to shine through if your marquee ( is that what u want to be printed?) has a light source...The aluminum types are best for exterior signs...

For marquees, ask for a blacklight vinyl type...( ive seen them printed on regular paper)...your sideart and or control panels can use vinyl with adhesive backing....CP depend on also if you want a pexiglass overlay...

check out mamemarquees.com and check your local print shop ...they can give you ideas on what is best for ya...
