So I went here a few weeks ago, and I saw a beat up DK3 cabinet. I dont have a truck but I thought about borrowing one and grabbing this cab. Well that idea went out the window, but i thought, "Hey maybe I can atleast grab the coin door, panel bezel glass, marquee holders...etc.....So I go there and its not there, didnt really expect it to be there, so Im not upset about that. But a guy asked me if I need help, and I told him what I was looking for and he tells me "Well its gone, and you couldnt touch it anyway because once its hear its property of the landfill and no one can touch it."
This is dumb. So they get to burn/dump it instead of having someone take part of it off their hands :\ I understand that its probably some liability issue, but still....this would have helped me out with my upcoming donkey kong scratch build!
anyway, just wanted to vent a bit
and if you are in MD or in the area, any ideas where the hell I can get some parts? or find beat up machines???

Maybe if you grease the guy and give him your number he would give you a heads up when stuff like that rolls in. Then hit him up again to look the other way while you load that DK3 into your truck. lol However, when stuff like that comes in someone there probably takes it themselves and ebays it or whatever.

haha yea probably, Im just like "why not let me have it since you gotta move it anyway...." oh well, back to calling the local amusement chains.
