Title: Free non-working 25" monitor in toronto

Yah that's right free. The picture tube is in good shape no burn in. The problem with the monitor is when power is applied the high voltage shuts down instantly.

You got my attention.  A couple of questions though.

Are you willing/able to ship it? <I'm in Winnipeg,MB>

What kind of monitor is it?  PC or Arcade?  Jamma, VGA, other?

Let me know, I might be interested <if you're willing to ship of course>
