14 tall, 9 1/2 wide, and 9 deep

Packed up they will weigh about 30lbs, so UPS ground to, say California, would be around $30.
These are great sounding speakers for the size. I used them for the main stereo speakers in my living room until I installed a 7.1 surround system.
