Title: BEST Video Card for Mame?

I'm not looking for card that cost most. Looking for bank for the buck! I want a card that can run any mame game I toss at it without spending a lot of cash on it. Must have DVI out

Basically any card on the market with dvi out is going to be fine for mame.  Mame doesn't  take advantage of the gpu to any real extent.   Many of the onboard video chips nowadays do a pretty good job with mame but onboard dvi ports aren't real common though.

Damn... less than $10 shipped.  Will an X600 run SFIV worth a ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---... likely not I am guessing.

SF IV requires an X1600 or higher.
