I'm working on getting my Pacman machine into a usable condition. I've printed out some graphics for the monitor bezel on the printer I've got here at work, but I'm not sure of the best way to mount it. I was thinking of getting 2 thin pieces of Plexiglass and sandwiching the printed material between the two of them. I don't have anything currently there, so I'm not sure of the thickness, and if 2 thin pieces together will be to thick to put in place of where the original glass would normally sit. If you've got any other ideas for doing this, I'm got open ears.

A really... 'ghetto' way of doing it, that has worked for me in the past would be to cut out a construction paper (or slightly thicker material) template matching the shape and size of your printed bezel and then tape or glue the print to the construction paper. This now provides you with a more firm bezel to work with, it be less prone to warping if not at all. Then use some double sided tape to attach it to the plexiglass or lexan that you're using.
I've personally found that this provides an excellent looking result short of silk-screening the art onto the plexi-glass.
Someone else may have a better suggestion though, but that's how I like to do things.
I should also note that the backing (construction paper) material I use is often firm enough that it evenly presses the bezel design against the glass.
