I don't have them, but I imagine they would be similar to Happs buttons. There should be two tabs on the bottom of the button, that actuate the switch when fully assembled. Push the tabs in towards the center of the button, and at the same time push up. This should pop the button out of the housing allowing you to put in an insert.
Here's an exploded view to give you a better idea:

Remove the button plunger from the assembly and there is a cap on the end. Pop it off, install the insert, and put the cap back on.

The Ultralux buttons are lighted so you'll have to pull out the socket (should just pull straight out) for the bulb before you can get to the plunger and remove it similar to the diagram Havok posted. The Ultralux micro switches are mounted horizontal instead of vertical.

FYI, the socket doesn't come installed on Ultralux, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, I didn't post the horizontal one because it didn't have an exploded version. I figure if you see how the plunger portion looks, it all makes sense...

True 'nuff. But if it is installed for whatever reason, you will need to twist the socket about a quarter or half turn to "unlock" it before it will pull straight out.
