I just recapped a k7000a and did a tube swap.
My last remaining issue is static vertical ‘lines’ of color distortion (Edit: jailbars?) at the left of the screen and continuing to the right.
Connected to Tekken 3 PCB

Connected to PC with brightness turned up a bit.

Any ideas?
