Hey guys is there a up to date guide on how to install groovymame? Is there a YouTube video?

I’d be willing to pay someone to make one if you can explain the steps clearly.

Hopefully you have GroovyMAME working by now, but in case search brings anyone else to this post there is a YouTube GroovyMAME install video here:

However as Calamity and Steven Phillips note in its comments this video does a few unnecessary/wrong things like:

• You don't need stock MAME, just GroovyMAME (6:10, 8:10)
• You don't need to recreate the mame.ini file, GroovyMAME already includes a working mame.ini (15:50, 17:00)
• Do NOT tick "Get video modes from MAME XML" (24:30), instead you should use super resolutions

That video and Calamity's CRT Emudriver 2.0 guide (https://geedorah.com/eiusdemmodi/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=1052) had all the info I needed for my first GroovyMAME installation on Windows 10.

Yeah, Calamity's forum post is good enough. Step-by-step instructions with pictures telling you what to do at every step. It's never failed me and my setup is working great
