Finally got around to putting mini Fort Max together today. He also came with an even teeny-weenier Windcharger, Powerglide and Headmaster Spike (that were a right ballache to sticker up). Still, very happy with how he turned out.

The power supply turned up today. It was actually a slightly different connector for the plug, one with just two holes (don't know the name of it). Fortunately I had a spare one from an old camera I don't use anymore. Anyway, plugged it in and everything works perfectly, recoil on the gun doing what it's supposed to and my house didn't explode, so bonus! Thanks again for all your help with this Scott, it's been greatly appreciated! 

I liked Skeeball, I think it was removed in ION 2010 or so, was replaced with alley roller I think it was called. Skeeball was better in MHO.
How hard it is to add games in? I miss uno.
I made up kinda a list on the Maxx versions added and removed per version. It may have been posted in here.
I could look around for it if anyone is interested.

Daz - any progress on the games list? I've got uno and chip away ported to ion 2014. Trying to figure out all the games that have been removed to get them back

totally out of my expertise..

You don't need any fancy programming skills.
- Install the OpenSCAD software.
- Run the OpenSCAD program.
- Highlight/copy/paste the 156 lines of code from reply #24 into OpenSCAD.
- Save the file.  I used the filename "Hub and Bat - Bat Controller.scad".
- Press F5 to generate a preview of the part.
- Right click + drag to slide the view of the part. (no rotation)
- Left-click + drag to rotate the view of the part.
- Scroll wheel to zoom the view in/out.

Right now, the baseball bat is 75mm/3" long and the barrel (fat part you hit the ball with) is 12mm diameter. (12.7mm = 1/2")

Do the shapes and proportions look good to you?

Code for the cam is almost done.
- Had to increase the cam radius from 26mm to 33mm so there's just enough room for the shaft collar hub, bumper notches, and the mounting block for the spring screw.
- The increased cam radius changes the amount of spring stretch from 80mm to 104mm.
- This should still be within a reasonable range of stretch and tension for the spring.
