Title: Player 3 & 4 buttons not lighting in games.

Does controls. Ini support button colors for players 3 and 4?

I have everything assigned properly and they all work great in animation mode and testing but I have yet to see them light in MAME games.

I have tried,

TMNT
TMNT Turtles in time
The Simpsons
NBA Hang time CE
Sunset Riders

Looks like the control panel is positioned at an angel. 

If so, what angel works best with a sit down/stand up z style pedestal?
