Hello,
I have a Retro PC to play Arcade Games with Retroarch/Groovymame. Screen is a B&O MX7000 CRT Screen.
Now I want to add a second Screen(same as first one B&O MX7000) to play Vertical Games.
My question is, how to connect the second screen? The first is connected to my AT 5xxx Card by VGA->UMSA->CRT which works perfect.
But the AT Card has only one VGA port, the second port is DVI. The easiest way would be to use a DVI->VGA Adapter ->UMSA->CRT, but what about quality loss?
Or is it better to use some kind of "SCART OUTPUT SWITCH" where I can select which monitor should be used?
Any other sugestions?

If you have a card with two analog outputs, you'll be fine. There is no quality loss, the DVI-I-to-VGA adapter is just a passive passthrough. There are difference in quality but you're unlikely to notice much at 15kHz. The one that comes with a GPU was normally better made.
That said, getting things onto various screens can be an interesting exercise. MAME itself or GM is easy enough to set to target a particular display, though. You won't ordinarily be able to use both screens at once, because the focus dictates where the control s are going to. Something like Actual Multiple Monitors display software might help if you want to do two things at once.
