Title: CRT EmuDriver changed my monitor identities!!

I was installing a modeline in vmmaker, and afterwards my desktop went all wonky. Rocketdock showed up on the CRT instead of my lcd, retroarch now launches on my lcd instead of my CRT, etc. Come to find out, my monitor identities swapped! I tried changing them back via right click and going into screen resolution, but even though Windows 7 says my LCD is 1, vmmaker says it's 2...How do I change it back?? I put so much work into my dual screen arcade setup, I hope this is a simple fix  :-[
