Received this question from a guy with an XL - can anyone chime in?
Hello
I have a platinum megatouch xl
To access the games she asks me a pin code. When I click on the button you forget your pin code after following numbers appears
02056-02634-02056-02634-02056
and contacting service.
Do you have an idea to solve this problem.
Thank you.
Is there some kind of factory reset on the XL? I don't have much experience with the old machines.
Does anyone have a Platinum or Titanium ISO/drive image?

Keyboard clear
– DOS operating system. Hard drive based games only.
XL: Gold, Platinum & Titanium(2) / Maxx: 1

release, 2K+, Diamond(2) & Emerald(2) / Force 2002(5)
Turn off the game.
Plug in the keyboard into the top port PS2 or
purple PS2 port and then power the game up.
Allow the game to boot up into the first menu screen.
Press the ESC key. The screen should display
C: MERIT2\
Type in cd..
And press ENTER.
C:\ prompt will appear.
Type in
del nvram.dat
and press ENTER.
C:\ prompt will reappear.
Turn off the game and unplug the keyboard, then turn the game back on.
Note: If Bad Command or File name appears, the del nvram.dat was not typed correctly.
