Title: Mame 123 support?
Post by: TeutonicDarkness on February 14, 2008, 11:40:30 pm

I want to update my Mame version from 121 to 123....

But Really wanted to check if a few things still work:

1.) Does the Mame compiler by headkaze work with 123?

2.) Hi Scores?

3.) Cpwizard / and or the bezel patch to display your
control panel on pause.

or anyone one out there know of anything that
does not work?

Thanks,

Hey guys!
I just upgraded to mame 123 and I just dont know where to change my audio and video settings...  ???
the last vers of Mame I had was 106 and it seems the gui is gone now??
Can someone tell me where to get into the General game options area where I can tweek the settings for this new version of mame?  :-\

The problem is my frame rates are fine but my audio is really skipping badly and I would like to find the settings to try to resolve this issue...

Thanks in advance for your help!

You need to download MAMEUI and not regular MAME.  Regular MAME is a command line based windows application.  MAMEUI has the fancy GUI built into it that you remember.  If you have a 64 bit operating system, you'll want MAMEUI64.  Otherwise, you'll want MAMEUI32.
