Title: Attachments on private messages

Maybe I'm going crazy, but I recall that we were able to attach files to private messages.... doesn't look like we can now?

Wrong tense on "going", but we still love you, James.   :lol

Same as always, you can embed images or links in PMs, but AFAIK attaching files to PMs hasn't been enabled on BYOAC.
