Title: Golden tee 2015
Post by: Encryptedmind on October 01, 2015, 09:31:03 pm
K so I upgraded my cabinet to 2015 but im having an issue with the upper screen. Its upside down for some reason. I switched the dip switches but it doesnt rotate the screen. Any suggestions. I might just flip the screen 180 then that will work. Also I'm not getting the advertisement on the upper screen like you see in the bars. I did when it was 2011 but when I upgraded it went away. Is there different upgrades for different cabinets? Thanks in advance.

you have to be sure to change the dip switch, then boot up the machine. i believe the 4 dip switches on the last switchbank
(sw202) should be "off on off off"  or if it's still upside down, "off on on off"

but you have to do the change while the machine is off and then boot it up.

your 2nd screen should be plugged into the lower DVI with either a DVI cable, or a DVI to VGA adapter.

I had the same problem when I upgraded to the unplugged 2015 version. the advertising and such is no longer there as was with the live and the dips don't work. You have the flip the monitor

as per the insert-manual for 2013-2015
SW202
secondary monitor
1=off
2=on
3=16x9 aspect ratio (defualt)
4=off

Sw202
all off if optional 2nd monitor has 4x3 aspect ratio

SW202
1=off
2=off
3=on
4=off
DO NOT flip optional 2nd monitor

SW202
1=off
2-off
3=off
4=off
Vertical flip optional  2nd monitor

SW201 deals with resolution settings

SW200 all on at all times

2016 home edition fixed this issue and I had to flip my minitor back around. The upper monitor now works the same as it did on the live version. Probably has something to do with the offline edition.
