Title: kaz1961 vs. NJDevils2006
Post by: NJDevils2006 on September 13, 2006, 07:24:49 am
BAD TRADER ALERT: NJDevils2006. Traded a pinball machine for a receiver with member NJDevils2006 and the receiver was broken. Until this trade I had never had a bad trader on this board so I made the mistake of taking his word that it worked. He said he had no idea it was broken and he would "make it right". Well, the repair cost me $162 and he now ignores my PM's and emails.

Don't forget to mention, that it was NEW in the box, and a $1500 Rotel Reciever, and that I included a $600 pair of speakers that were still sealed in the boxes, that i gave you for your $400 pin.  And is there a way you can prove you didnt blow the amp when you hooked it up?

So lets see, you got a BRAND NEW pair of $600 B&W Speakers, And a Rotel RSX-1057 ($1499 retail, that was manufactured less than 4 months ago) for your beat up $400 pin, and you have the nerve to cry over $162?

I'll tell you what, you return my $2100 of stereo equiptment I gave you, and you can gladly have your $400 pin back, and I'll give you $262, just cause I feel sorry for ya!

First of all, you didnt trade the speakers for the pin, you gave me the speakers (which sell for $149 new on ebay) for delivering the pin. Second, the receiver sells for $800 used in working condition which yours wasnt! Third, when I told you the receiver was broken you swore you knew nothing about it and promised to make it right. You are a lying sack, I have dealt with many people on these boards and have never ripped anyone off, you are the only dishonest one I have encountered here. You could have at least had the balls to reply to my emails and PM's.

When i told you i would "make it right" i told you to call me that evening, when you didn't I started questioning your intentions.  Your story didnt add up, and you were afraid to talk over the phone, so what am i to believe? You didnt tell me it blown, until you had already had it for 3 days.  Enough said, quit cryin.

wah....wah

Like I said, how do I know you didnt blow the amp?

quit cryin

Hey genius, I didnt have your phone number, you called me, remember, Einstein? Thats OK everyone here sees how you operate. You may want to use spell check on your signature line, then you wont look so stoopid. Heres a quick lesson in English for you, genius.

"to" used properly - I am going to trade a broken, stolen receiver.
"too" used properly - I traded a broken receiver and stolen speakers too.
"two" used properly - These two speakers are stolen.

Spell check would simply tell him that "to" was spelled properly.  You mean he should check his grammer.

Just throwing that out there before this thread gets sent to Post Hell.   >:D

God, B/S/T is seriously getting nasty these days.   Take this stuff to PM's and deal with your situations, instead of bitching out in the open and making both sides look silly and immature.

/me adds 2 more to my Do Not Trade list.
