Title: Woodworking Question
Post by: Cray on July 02, 2002, 09:55:04 pm
Alright, so I'm making a cabinet, bought the MDF, and then realized, I don't have a surface to cut it on.

I'm thinking of making a cheap table out of a couple sawhorses and a bunch of 2x4's.

Anyone out there have a better idea?

This is all I used. For the larger pieces, I just used two sawhorses.

At times, a helping hand to keep pieces from crashing to the floor comes in handy.

my working surface was a couple of horses with an old door on them.

That would work great.  Just make sure that the saw horeses and boards don't have and rough spot that would gouge your MDF.
