Ooooh, that actually looks pretty nice. I think it's a lot more aesthetically pleasing than the A1up Outrun cab. If they were to put a good selection of classic Namco racers on there this could be a nice little package. Not that we'll ever see it the UK mind...

Hrrmm, given that Ridge Racer 1 and 2 are essentially the same game and Rave Racer is pretty much a further expansion of those, I'd have hoped A1Up would beef that up a bit. Maybe stick some Final Lap, Ace Driver or Pole Position games on there too.

I'm doubtful myself about that. We, as far as I'm aware, never got Outrun over here. The only cabinets Argos have got at the moment are Pacman and Street Fighter 2.

I don't really know why guys like Mike A come into these Arcade1up forums? stay in your full sized arcade land if all you do is say negative things in this forum and just h@te on everything here?
Once Arcade1up make these cabs linkable and provide online play, the full size arcade appeal will die.

i'm getting sick of this theory that these old full sized arcades will be around forever, and in good quantity, good condition at an affordable price. It is getting harder and rarer to find full sized cabs, especially racing cabs! Eventually they will be an expensive collective that only a few have, this will happen sooner than you think, and it is already happening.
But then you know what, there will be some knob on here who says oh I picked up a Indy500 for $500 bucks the other day blah blah, get a grip. Ya an indy500 that will stop working after a while, then you will be forced to put a logitech steering wheel in it lol

I'm sick of people that show up on forums hiding behind fake usernames and running their mouth. At least I know Mike isn't hiding. And some of us can actually design, build, and repair electronics. But yeah maybe once we die off the next generation will be stuck unable to fix anything.

haha so how many indy500's are in existence? so for sure those 20 people that have a full-sized arcade its a better deal than an Arcade1up. How narrow-minded and clueless

I don't know how many are in existence. I own four and that is all I need. Although there is another pair for sale near me for 700 bucks. Six linked might be cool.
