Everything has been taken

Yesterday I glued and clamped the control panel and front piece together, then today drilled out the holes, wasn't sure to go for the 6 buttons but thought that best in case I or someone else wanted to add other games or console games to it later in its life span  ;D

Will bevel or round off the leading edge along with the speakers holes.

The 2 25mm holes on the front piece will be for the speakers, sadly my 25mm forstner bit as seen better days, even at a slower speed it still slightly burnt while drilling, could also have been my haste and too much pressure as it'll cut down on my BBQ n beer time  ;)

That's all for now........

Heya! how do I get gsync/freesync to work already ? just turning autosync off ain't doing it apparently (nb: still using 0.239)  :dunno

EDIT; or is it that I should leave it on and just make sure monitor is 'lcd' and done ?

I can imagine it has, but so far I haven't really found anything to complain about.

Most stuff that broke or didn't work out was due to the glibc compatibility layer.

Just a random thought to throw out there anyway. :P

I am trying to set up a sega light gun to my pc.
I need some help please.
I have a Gun I/O Board for Ghost Squad Sega 838-14465R03, a UHID, a ghost squad gun, Sega LED BD GUN SENSE HOD 838-13145R02 x 10, all out of the lindbergh ghost squad arcade cabinet.
I need some help with how to connect the uhid to the gun sense board and then on to my pc via usb. Can somebody please explain the pin out to the uhid. I have attached a drawing of the board but I don’t know what f.out and “ret” is for ect
I know there is an x and y axis, and the trigger, which I can see. But the gun has fire select switch and an action button, but I can not see these and don’t know how to wire them to the uhid.
Also can I just use any 12 volt DC power supply. I was just going to buy a wall plug in one with 1 amp.
Also any information that might help me would be great. Thank you

You've done a great job building that cabinet. Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to make the 270 degree games play nicely with a 360 degree wheel.

yeah, if the monitor has never been serviced, those caps are probably 30 years old now it's on borrowed time. capacitor lifetimes are measured hours, not years. good high quality ones will stay in spec for 5000 hours of use before they start drifting off into the abyss. mainstream commercial ones maybe 3000... which in the grand scheme of things, is't a whole lot. i got machines out on route that i end up dragging in and have to recap every few years cause they are on literally 24/7.
